Cold weather or not, we are out enjoying the weather with the dogs. Got in a nice long hike with Laura, my sister Jenny, Ben and the pups Scout, Tyler and Vinnie.

That time of year. Indoor training in full swing. Laura putting in the hours on the bike trainer.

Just stepped off of the homemade paddle simulator. Scout takes another lap around the dining room table. Everyone getting some exercise in.
