Here is a shot of a very young Bald Eagle. I couldn't believe how close I got to him. He never flew off, just stood his ground. We saw numerous pairs of bald eagles on our paddle.
Here is a picture of Hotel Kruger. Luxury camping with all the bells and whistles. It was really nice being sand free and really cozy.In preparation of the Callie Rohr and Missouri 340. We're getting focused, setting goals. Here are a couple of inspirational quotes.

WOAH, dude is there another "kruger hotel" tent I an borrow for the 340? Im looking to pack light and that looks to be the ticket. Well you could add arm holes and vouala no mosquitos.

Hey Alan... You are more then welcome to borrow mine... it is great.. no ground cloth to worry about --good ventilation packs up in seconds, no fuss no muss.
I'll be in the "steamer" (kruger cruiser) with Mark at the whip...
I see lots of pain suffering and joy in my very near future...
